With all the talk about flowers, I noticed it is true what I was told about "not being out of the woods until Easter." Seen this morning outside my Quebec hotel...

    Snow in March in Quebec is super normal. It is this winter that has been totally bizarre and messed up Canadian and other expectations.

    As a follow up, most Canadians, at least traditionally, wait until Victoria Day in May before feeling confident about certain plantings like annuals.
