I'm amazed at how much grazing land still exists within the city limits. The north side of the Trinity Trail, west of Bryant Irvin, is still undeveloped scrub used for grazing.
Trivia question: What state in the United States produces the most beef, and why?
If I may take a crack at this question, I am gonna guess, Colorado. The reason is possibly because of large amounts of corn production in CO.

Beef cattle - Texas, followed by Nebraska, Colorado, and Iowa. This IS the internet we're on!
Washington DC is the biggest producer of "where's the beef?"
Well, well...TX it is huh? Cool, I learned something new. I was completely wrong LOL
